Day 1: Airport - Marrakech
Transfer from the airport to your accommodation. The first evening you will be able to spend by yourself and explore the vibrant life of Marrakech.
Day 2: Marrakech - Tizi-n-Tichka - Palm grove of Skoura
We will head south to Ouarzazate across the Tizi N’Tichka pass where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful landscapes, fortified villages, ancient Kasbahs and oasis. We will finish this scenic driving day with a short walk through the quiet palm grove. Overnight stay in a lodge.
Day 3: Skoura - Rose Valley - Dades Gorge
After breakfast we will go to the Dades Gorges. On the way we will go through the Roses valley before we reach the gorge.
Day 4: Dades Gorge - Toudgha Gorge - Merzouga Dunes
Today’s trip will go through one of the most beautiful palm groves of Morocco then we arrive at the Toudgha Gorge. From here we will drive to Merzouga to switch from the car to camelback. After 1H of camel riding we will set up camp.
Day 5: Merzouga - Tazarine - Zagora
After an early morning sunrise from the top of the dune, we will ride back to the lodge. From there we will head to Zagora. On the way we will visit the ancient city of Rissani.
Day 6: Zagora - Draa Valley - Ait Ben Haddou
After breakfast we will visit the Draa Valley, see the Berber villages, the palm groves, and explore the ksars, crossing the Anti Atlas mountains via the Tinifift pass. Welcome to the Moroccan Hollywood! Such movies as Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia and Babel were shot here!
Day 7: Ait Ben Haddou - Ounilla Valley - Marrakech
Before heading to Marrakech we will visit the oldest and best preserved Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou which was recently declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Day 8: Transfer Marrakech - Airport
Transfer to the airport.
