You will receive the confirmation at the time of your booking
Day 1: Airport-Casablanca Hotel
We will meet you at the Casablanca Airport and take you to your hotel. This is a free day so you can go ahead and explore the city a bit.
Day 2: Casablanca - Khenifra - Sabraa village
In the morning we will head to Fez, have lunch in Khenifra and go the the village of Sabraa located 950 m above sea level. You will spend the night at a local family’s house. 5H drive
Day 3: Sabraa - Tazougakht pass - Azigza village
Our first day of hiking! You will meet our full team, load baggage on the mules and start off for the next big village of Azigza located right behind the Tazougaght pass at 1100 m. The mountain landscape and valley are magnificent! 5H walk
Day 4: Azigza village (1250 m) - Tiglmamine (1630 m)
We will continue our hike in Zayans, the region famous for Maestro & King of Ahaidous (name of the local dance), Mr MOH OUL HOUSSAIN Maestro. Then we will have the chance to observe the wild fauna during our walk through the forest. 5H walk
Day 5: Tiglmamine(1650 m) - Azigza Lake (1300 m)
We will continue exploring the same region walking through the cedar forest and enjoying the stunning mountain views of Ighoud. We will camp by Azigza lake. Fishing is allowed for those with a licence. 5 to 6H walk
Day 6: Azigza Lake - Oum Rabia Spring
From the lake we will trek through the beautiful cedar forest and camp by the spring. 5H walk
Day 7: Oum Rabia Springs - Ouiouan Lake - Fes
We will leave the spring and head to Lake Ouiouane to learn about the beautiful history of this place. After that we will say goodbye to our assisting team and go by minibus to Fes to have some rest after the trip and share experiences in the hotel over dinner. 5h walk / 1h30 drive
Day 8: Transfer to Fes Airport
If you still have some extra time before your departure, we will give you a bonus tour of Fes! Transfer to the airport. Goodbye and see you on your next trip to Morocco!
