Following payment of your deposit, by credit card, you will normally receive a confirmation invoice. After this point, any cancellation of a trip or tell reserved service to our organization must be sent by mail as soon as possible.
The cancellation by the client implies the payment of different amounts depending on the date of cancellation ( see general terms & conditions ) . It is therefore recommended that your insurance policies offer adequate cover in the event of cancellation.
